Do You Accept Returns?

Yes, EZ Shop accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
  • You must include the original order confirmation or packing slip

Accepted Return Reasons

  • Customer Remorse (e.g. changed your mind, wrong item ordered)
    Customer is responsible for return shipping cost
  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
    EZ Shop provides a free return shipping label

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our return team at info@e-zshop.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate your return.
  2. Get Return Authorization: Upon approval, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions.
  3. Package the Item: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including any accessories.
  4. Label the Package: Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Shipping Responsibility:
  • For customer remorse, the buyer covers return shipping and must use a trackable shipping service
  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, EZ Shop will provide a pre-paid return label

Do You Accept Exchanges?

Yes, we offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items only.

For other reasons:

  • Please first initiate a return
  • Once approved, place a new order for your desired item

Return Method

  • By Post (mail return only)
  • Customers must ship the item back with the RA number clearly labeled
  • A trackable shipping method is strongly recommended

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or altered items (without prior agreement)
  • Sale items or promotional gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Document the damage immediately upon delivery
  • Notify us within 3 business days with clear photos and a description
